- It's a brand new construction with strength, that can still hold two more extra floors
- Open from three side. It has road in front side, road in back side and the on left side there will be not construction in future also.
- Extra large heavy duty 3 track Windows with mosquito net. Sizes of windows is double compare to any other usual house.
- Extra high ceilings, roof is one feet taller than usual houses. This makes it feel bigger and less heat.more fresh air.

Parking area on ground floor has been intentionally 13.5 feet high only to sun light inside the GF halls.
- Asian paints offer wide range of paints start from distemper, tractor , apcolite , emulsion. We used topmost variety called royale luxury emulsion. Its washable paint.
- In order to keep home mess free, in master bedroom balcony we created steel almirah to keep cloths to be washed and washed cloths section.
- Healthy and peaceful living for tenants:
- Our intend is to make the tenant comfortable, safe, homely, delighted by ample sun light and cross ventilation. That's the reason we are offering many of the following facilities like
- Beth steel wardrobes that cost double the wood wardrobes, These are suppose to be cockroaches free, while the wood wardrobes are said to be cockroaches friendly. cockroaches like the warmness and wood and hate the cool steel.
- We could have managed with the normal economical wardrobes.
- Beth steel modular kitchen: once again its said to be cockroaches free but future will tell.
- RO water purifier: we want our tenants to be healthy and happy.
- We believe that where ever sunlight falls it disinfects those room. we intentionally kept parking area height to 13.5 feet on GF so that GF people get ample sun light during sunset.
- ShoeRack: We absolutely hate litter and hence providing the shoe rack.
- Extra large windows with three tracks : steel mosquito net: We could have kept normal windows for tenant floors and save money but we believe ample sunlight and fresh air is necessity and if you get more of it, it bring positivity in life. Its been proven that people who live in house where natural light and cross ventilation may suffer from depression/sadness/tiredness and are more prone to diseases.
- Fish tank: it would be rare to find that owner giving fish tank to tenants , we believe that having the fish tank in a home in not only prosperous but seeing those fishing swimming weightlessly relaxes the mind and reduces the stress.
- Interiors to die for: We want tenant to feel that they are living in luxurious house :).
- In order to keep home mess free, in master bedroom balcony we created steel almirah to keep cloths to be washed and washed cloths section.
- Not causing the regular disturbance to neighbors. If there are some functions in home like
- birthday or other family functions perfectly fine.
- Not throwing the garbage to adjacent empty plot, nor hanging it outside the gate. Give it to BBMP person when who comes.
- If tenants lives more than three months we expect house to be repainted by the same paint which would cost approx 18K GF and 25K FF as of today, may change in future.
- Ample space for storage: all three flats have ample storage space, above each bathroom, in kitchen. First floor even has storage space above the dressing area( walk-in closet)
- Expectations from tenants:
- 2) Keeping the house neat and clean. Using shoe racks for keeping the footwear and not littering the footwear outside door.
